Thank you for shopping with CUSTOMDIVATEES™! Each of our items is made to order and personalized just for you. Because of this, all sales are final.
🛑 All Sales Are Final – Please Read Carefully
As all products are custom-designed and made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Due to the custom nature of our items, order cancellations and/or changes are accepted only within 2 hours of purchase.
This policy is in accordance with U.S. consumer protection guidelines, including those from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which allow exceptions to return policies for custom or personalized goods.
✅ If There's a Problem, We’ll Make It Right
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong name, color, size, or design), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly remake and reship your item at no cost, or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

- A clear photo of the item and the issue

We create your order exactly as requested, so please double-check all spelling, dates, names, sizes, and other details before submitting. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer during the ordering process.
